Incredible work on her skin lighting and facial features. It really stands out from the rest of the composition.

The overall image looks great, from the armor design and complexity to the well thought out background, but that closeup reveals how much more neat some of your lines on the character could have been .

Additionally, her breasts seem a little too "forced" into her armor, though I've looked up the armor's original design, and you've brought some interesting enhancements to it, along the lines of the "slightly less practical but more sexy armor" category . Though you'll hear no complaints from me .

Some other things to remark are that you could have researched electricity for the weapons a little more, since electricity doesn't really bend like that , that the shoulder rock fragments and the belt crystal design seem improvised, and that close up your overall shadows point out an uncertain or inconsistent light point or source.

As you'll improve more, care for detail will come on it's own, so that's all I'll mention .

Except for the chain hanging from her helmet . Given the proximity of the base of the helmet's sides to her neck and collarbone, the tip of the hanging element should be resting on that armor fastening above her breasts, but instead its shadow makes it appear to be hanging in the air. It may just be the "V" in "DEVIANT" that makes it seem this way, but it's such a small detail that it's of no real importance .
